Implementation description:

The development project at 33 and 35K Cieślewskich Street in Warsaw involved the construction of a new 1,000 m² office building and the expansion of an existing structure. The project resulted in a functional office space tailored to modern user needs, offering a total leasable area of ​​approximately 1,500 m². The scope of work included the construction of the buildings and necessary infrastructure, as well as the fit-out of the interiors for office use. Maintaining the cohesive character of the entire complex was also a key aspect of the project.
