Implementation description:

An investment consisting in the construction of a passive building with an energy verification index of 15KWh/m2/annum. As part of the agreement, GIGA demolished the ground floor building of the kindergarten with 5 divisions, constructed the kindergarten with 10 divisions consisting of two overground storeys, one underground storey, as well as a garden with a plant nursery on the roof. The Company performed also an access site with cobblestone pavements and equipped the facility with required sanitary installations, furniture, kindergarten accessories and telecommunication installations.
